Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for developing and managing the transaction execution detailed plan for the agreed investment transaction type and ensure availability and contribution of all related stakeholders. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and manage the transaction execution detailed plan for the agreed investment transaction type and ensure availability and contribution of all related stakeholders (Finance, HR, Application, BUs, ..etc.) to ensure preparation for the lunching of the 100 day plan and handover to the assigned new CEO
  • Lead the implementation of value creation and execution plans of launching  Joint Venture/Spinoff/Build transaction types
  • Lead the implementation of value creation and execution plans including Day-0 and 1st-100 day plans of Acquisition transaction type
  • Ensure implementation of risk mitigation plans for Joint Venture/spinoff/Build/Acquisitions investment transaction
  • Setup and manage the Launch Program Office (LPO) for JV/spinoff/Build and Integration Management Office (IMO) for Acquisition, defining required governance, assigning LPO or IMO leads developing steering committees decrees and assigning work stream leaders
  • Handover to Cluster BUs for monitoring and control of acquisition/JV/Spinoff/Build.
  • Participate in the due diligence process in alignment with M&A team to ensure the execution and value creation plan covers the due diligence risks and opportunities outcome
  • Collect the investment performance data, analyze them against the defined KPIs and Metrics.
  • Develop reporting structures and lead initiatives to enhance data collection, analysis, and visualization capabilities for investment performance monitoring, leveraging tools such as Power BI.
  • Define and monitor financial & non-financial KPIs to evaluate performance against approved business cases for investments and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide strategic insights and recommendations based on performance analyses.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports of related Investment performance monitoring for the Group Investment management.
