The objective of the program is to assist trainees in gaining practical work experience, meeting the graduation requirements of their respective schools and serving as a source of input for stc’s Talent Incubation Program ( TIP ).

Talent Incubation Program ( TIP ) is an accelerated career development program targeting Saudi fresh graduates with less than a years of experience. The program is designed to attract and retain the best-fit talented graduates in stc group through providing them with specialized, intensive and continuous development activities besides high exposure to the various business areas in an agile work environment.

Specialist Development Program (SDP) aims to establish an empowered pool of talented, well-equipped qualified Saudi employees, to be the digital consultants of stc group in strategic domains as IoT, Cyber Security, Data Science and Marketing Technology through well-defined competencies & development plans.

HiPo Leadership Program (HiPo) targets an exclusive group of employees to accelerate their development and growth to higher leadership roles. Thereby, retaining top talents and ensuring a robust leadership pipeline in stc group. The program’s training lasts up to three years including Key development components as formal classroom training modules conducted by internationally recognized universities, personalized coaching, Action Learning Projects (ALP), specialized workshops and similar activities to enhance executive readiness.
