Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for supproting integration management activities and process and ensure availability and contribution of all related stakeholders. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures
Job Responsibility
- Enhance playbooks, policies and procedures of Joint Venture/spinoff/Build/Acquisitions investment transaction types in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supprot integration management activities and process and ensure availability and contribution of all related stakeholders (Finance, HR, Application, BUs, ..etc.) for lunching the 1st 100 days
- Support in managing Day-0 preparation checklists to ensure proper transition from planning to execution for Joint Venture/Spinoff/Build/Acquisition
- Establish a well-coordinated, structured and transparent value creation & integration plan for strategic investments
- Determine Integration requirements and principles identification and planning
- Facilitate value creation and synergy identification development and management
- Facilitate the decision-making processes and strategic design activities for key integration areas
- Ensure the integration plan is supported by a communication strategy and change management
- Develop critical path to business continuity, particularly around deal closure, and Day 1 operations readiness
- Develop the first 100-days & integration plans
- Support in managing operating model design management and support for acquisition and build
- Support in developing master plan (incl. 100-days) development for Joint Venture/Build/Spinoff
- Provide input to the investment thesis in regard to integration possibilities
- Participate in the due diligence of potential opportunities of integration.
- Develop and maintain a risk register and mitigation plans for JV/spinoff/Build/Acquisitions investment transaction types in alignment with Investment Strategy
- Develop a detailed authority matrix including decrees to establish steering committees to facilitate the post-development decision-making processes for key strategic investment transaction execution projects (acquisition, Joint Venture/ Build and Spinoff)
