Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job family is to expand sirar's client base and enhance relationships across various sectors through continuous and effective account management, identification and execution of sales opportunities to meet targets and sustain growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and manage relationships with key client accounts on cyber topics.
- Regularly acquire new corporate and government customers to increase profit and ensure growth.
- Liaises with EBU and Solutions on GTM and client relationship management.
- Understands customer requirements and coordinate with pre-sales and product team to cater for these requirements.
- Identifies and generate cyber opportunities through cyber partners and RfPs.
- Supports in the lobbying efforts with strategic local partners to solidify sirar by stc’s role as a national cyber champion.
- Acts as the single point of contact for any business-related inquiries or quotations
- Ensures successful identification and capturing of customer requirements and follow up on customer orders to ensure delivery within requirements.
- Develops business plans, long-term objectives, and sales pipeline.
- Suggests actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Participates in the development of client proposals/presentations and ensures these are comprehensive, to highlight full range of relevant products/services.
- Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Sales, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Years of Experience:
- Preferred experience of (+5) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
Preferred Professional Certificates:
• Professional certification in Account Management is preferred.
Job Specific Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in business acumen.
- Advance proficiency in sirar by stc’s products/services.
- Intermediate proficiency in sales planning and process.
- Advance proficiency in recognizing needs and targeting customers.
- Intermediate command of sales/account management strategy development and implementation.
