Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for advancing AI innovation, developing cutting-edge AI solutions, and managing data monetization opportunities. This includes building AI product repositories, contributing to AI strategy, and fostering external partnerships. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures

 

Job Responsibility

  • Build expertise dedicated to driving innovation and experimentation in the field of AI (e.g., review latest technological advancements, new techniques of emerging technologies that could impact AI applications and methodologies, etc.)
  • Research, develop and deploy sophisticated, cutting-edge AI solutions AI solutions/products that offer foundational capabilities to stc KSA, stc group subsidiaries, external partners and other stakeholders (e.g., multi-agent system frameworks for deploying conversational virtual assistants) in alignment with Group Architecture  & Technologies Enablement GD
  • Collaborate with business units to identify monetization opportunities for stc KSA data (and subsidiaries)
  • Lead initiatives on using stc group’s data resources to build partnerships with external entities
  • Build and and maintain a repository/registry of AI and Data products that can be utilized across various teams within stc KSA, stc group subsidiaries, external partners and other stakeholders (e.g., Customer 360, Network RAN 360 etc.), perform asset management activities
  • Provide inputs for AI & Analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with the long-term AI-related goals of stc group
  • Create publications and partnerships to position stc as an AI thought leader
  • Establish and maintain collaborations with academia, industry leaders, and technology experts to enhance innovation in alignment with Innovation & Emerging Technologies department
  • Provide support to tribes in responding to complex, specialized AI requests, requiring innovative AI techniques
  • Develop and continuously define AI related technology tooling required to drive efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end AI solution/product development

 

Job Responsibility (cont.)

  • Implement end to end MLOps and LLMOps practices to streamline the deployment, management, and scaling of AI models  

 

Years of Experience

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Nature of Experience

Experience in AI development, data monetization, and partnership preferably within telecommunications or technology industry.
