Cooperative Training Program
- As part of stc’s strategy to attract and develop young talents and top notch students, stc provides Cooperative Training opportunities to Saudi students who are attending in-Kingdom Universities. The objective of the program is to assist trainees in gaining practical work experience, meeting the graduation requirements of their respective universities.

- Provide students with valuable real-world work experience in their field of study. By working in actual professional environments.
- Allow students to develop and enhance a wide range of skills, including technical skills specific to their field, as well as soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.
- Contributions of motivated and enthusiastic students who bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the organization.

Who we are Targeting?
- Saudi Nationals.
- Bachelor or master degree holders.
- Academic excellence with a minimum of 3.2 out of 4.0, and 4.0 out of 5.0 GPA, or equivalent.
- Under graduate students who required to complete the Coop training.
- Ability to complete the training in Riyadh.
- Committed and passionate talents to their personal and professional development.
- English Language Proficiency.
