Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for maintaining and implementing the Agile playbook, guiding Agile maturity assessments, and ensuring consistent adoption of Agile practices across the sector. This includes facilitating QBR preparations, and overseeing the use of Agile and DevOps tools to enhance delivery management. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

 

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and facilitate implementation of Agile playbook that outlines best practices and guidelines for agile teams’ management and way of working
  • Conduct agile maturity assessments for teams across the sector and provide guidance for continuous improvement
  • Establish a calendar for QBRs and ensure timely preparation and participation across the sector
  • Define the template and OKRs format for QBR presentations
  • Train and support Tribe Leads and other relevant stakeholders in preparing their QBR content, ensuring a consistent level of quality and focus on strategic objectives
  • Analyze the outcomes of QBRs to identify sector-wide trends and improvement opportunities, and initiate follow-up actions
  • Provide Agile methodologies for the standardization of processes in both demand management and product or platform delivery, ensuring consistent adoption across the sector
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to align on expectations, responsibilities, and timelines within unified Agile processes
  • Monitor the demand and delivery processes through Agile methodologies, provide feedback based on stakeholder input and process performance data
  • Facilitate Agile workshops and training sessions to deepen the understanding and skill level of Agile practices among staff

 

Job Responsibility (cont.)

  • Develop a feedback loop to continuously evolve the Agile playbook based on real-world experiences and outcomes
  • Oversee the Agile and DevOps automation tools utilization and performance to ensure they are delivering the desired impact on delivery management
  • Run change management initiatives to embed Agile values and principles within the sector's culture
  • Run all other culture related initiatives and activities throughout the sector from Agile perspective as well as interfaced clients including CBU, EBU, and WBU

 

Years of Experience

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Nature of Experience

  • Experience in process standardization, and change management, with a focus on driving Agile adoption and culture preferably within telecommunications or technology industry.
