Job Purpose

Lead comprehensive analytics to drive business growth by extracting insights from internal and external data sources across traditional and advanced analytics platforms supporting strategic decision-making across all lines of business. Develop and manage predictive and prescriptive models, customer value analytics, and portfolio optimization strategies to maximize customer lifetime value, enhance retention

Job Responsibility

§Run a large analytics team to extract valuable insights and potential from stc’s wide set of data across all sources for the benefit of identifying incremental value
§Lead expansion of analytics capabilities through advanced use cases based on traditional analytics (EDW, SQL-based) as well as Big Data analytics (Hadoop and Python) cutting across all Mobility products and services and support stc’s B2C growth using both internal and external data.
§Manage thought capital around an integrated analytics framework for stc which address functional aspects like customer, risk, communication and value, as well as emerging technology aspects like SNA, machine learning, AI, Contextual Analytics, customer journeys, campaign analytics, DPI & Touchpoint analytics, etc.
§Own and develop the strategic analytics agenda across multiple lines of business based on traditional analytics (EDW, SQL-based) to unlock insights and guide the business - from identifying, testing and optimizing new features to broad level strategic direction that is grounded in data evidence and heavy analytical rigor.
§Address need of various predictive, prescriptive, structured and unstructured analytics based on needs
 
 

Job Responsibility (Cont.)

§Manage the demand for data analysis / analytics across units and prioritize requests to ensure timely delivery to requesting parties.
§Conduct detailed portfolio analytics and develop advanced analytics use cases leveraging internal and external data
§Leverage operational and customer data to develop a complete view on every individual customer and analyze which customers are the most valuable.
§Identify how much should be invested in each customer to yield a return within the customer’s lifecycle.
§Balance the effort to acquire new customers and the challenge to retain them by analyzing when should be invested in a customer and when it is worth letting them go
§Rebalance budget between churners and acquisitions to focus more on retaining existing customers with higher ARPU rather than acquiring new customers with lower ARPU
§Assess the tariff migration logic and redesign eligibility to move to different plans by simulating changes in ARPU
