Business Development Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for Manage Corporate Venture Builder Operations and develop a process of transforming idea to prototype with internal and external stakeholders. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

•    Manage Corporate Venture Builder Operations 
•    Evaluate venture opportunity attractiveness, and identify problems/opportunity worth solving in an attractive market
•    Develop and manage a process of transforming idea to prototype with internal and external stakeholders
•    Lead high potential idea execution through Venture Builder methodology 
•    Secure funding required for execution
•    Source and Higher Founder team when needed 
•    Develop incentive scheme (investing Plan)
•    Manage the Spin-off and divestment activities for successful investment with related to stakeholder
