Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the B2B clients. The role holder shall drive innovation, identify new business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of the industrial and logistics sector. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development of the technical and business knowledge across target verticals/ industries 
  • Conduct detailed market assessment across all verticals and horizontals to identify concepts and prioritize opportunities
  • Identify needs across target verticals to design concepts and use cases to address them
  • Detail the concept based on client requirements and develop an initial go-to-market approach including business model, business case, partnership options, etc.
  • Conduct client workshops and leverage other channels such as Enterprise Briefing Centers to present the concept and the initial business case, and sign MoUs to formalize collaboration
  • Conduct PoCs to prove the viability of the concept (e.g., prove revenue acceleration, efficiency/ cost optimization, productivity improvement, etc.) to validate proposed concept and refine assumptions 
  • Provide the Bid Management team with inputs on the client RfP scope whenever possible
  • Collaborate with Solution Architecture to ideate on complex projects’ concept design and detailing
  • Collaborate with Digital Solutions’ (BD) on the sector strategies, trends, and GTM approaches.
  • Handover opportunities to Sales after reaching mature stage (e.g., MoU signature, RfP issuance)
  • Support Sales in evolving mature opportunities, post handover, until deal closure
  • Identify key internal/ external partners needed for solution development
  • Provide product managers with market feedback and product ideas derived from the portfolio’s vertical use cases and emerging technologies

Education

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant majors or Engineering
Masters Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant majors

  • Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) is recommended. 
  • Certified Strategic Planner (CSP) is recommended
