Job Purpose

Experts at this level are responsible for advising on STCs commercial portfolio of products & services, pricing, promotion, campaigns and demand forecasting activities associated with Marketing & Communication. Also, they are responsible for advising on complete customer lifecycle and experience that create improved value for the organization.

Job Responsibility

Product:

  • Provide advise in defining product lifecycle, roadmap, design, development and management.
  • Suggest on product design, solution and enhancing product portfolio and value proposition by utilizing market insights.
  • Provide guidance on product visibility, implementation, to improve & enhance product perceptions and experiences of customers and communities.
  • Provide expert advice on managing leads, product launch, implementing products into IT systems and checking product data functionalities and accuracy.
  • Advise on the development of new product proposals to justify product feasibility. 
  • Draw up a detailed approach of product launch (‘go to market’).
  • Advise on Qitaf and Tamayouz profitability and program performance and drives regular program evolution strategy and corrective measures.

Monitor the market and channels for sales, follow the legislation and regulatory body requirements in building product strategy and suggest accordingly.

Job Responsibility (cont.)

Generic Role:

  • Analyse market and competitor data pertaining STC’s products and services, in order devise effective action plans for maximization of sales, revenues and market share.
  • Manage marketing and corporate communication projects and initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior.
  • Advise on developing annual marketing plan for STC including marketing budget and relevant business cases, and pricing after in - depth analysis of the marketing requirements for STC’s plans, new projects and other ad - hoc programs.
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments for identifying, evaluating and implementing effective ways of applying research findings to the business.
  • Review all technical documentation related to Marketing and Corporate Communication prior to submission of key findings to the management.
  • Advise on maintaining effective relationships with STC’s external vendors including media agencies, event management companies and market research agencies, and ensures their queries are effectively address.

Advise on risk identification and mitigation related to Marketing and Corporate Communication, in order to address all identified business and financial risks.
