Business Insights Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible for performing advanced and technically complex data and information analysis activities and accordingly preparing recommendations. They are also responsible for ensuring the delivery of reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Responsibility

•Manage the demand and delivery for data analysis and prioritize requests to ensure timely delivery to requesting parties
•Evaluate feasibility of reporting requirements and availability of data, if data is unavailable then coordinate with CAD through BI Ops. to source data into EDW systems.
•Liaise with requestor team to ensure full and complete understanding of request
•Deliver analysis in required format to requestor team to ensure data driven decision making
•Conduct post decision analysis to monitor impact of data driven decisions.
•Conduct modifications to reporting based on insights gained from post decision analysis.
•Review and suggest proactive measures to improve business performance.
•Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports with detailed analytical feedback on the side of ad-hoc requests
•Continuously develop and maintain dashboards on BI applications in coordination with CAD through BI Ops., and administer these dashboards
•Liaise with CAD to enrich EDW by sourcing valuable data and developing data marts that can be used to derive valuable insights 
•Ensure availability of relevant data marts to support the customer-level analysis conducted for concerned product and service
•Develop and maintain KPIs’/ Catalog
•Monitor global trends and advancements and ensure stc is in line with best practice concepts, techniques and analytical capabilities for enterprise class BI solutions
•Coordinating with CAD for General request and DQ to ensure optimal data condition.
•Consolidate and maintain B2C KPIs Catalog and align B2C KPI’s across B2C units.
•Ensure Analytics and Campaign management custom data scripts are documented and maintained
•Manage AoP initiatives and CAD’s BAU budget related to B2C analytical demand .
