Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for designing and implementing stc Business Cluster performance reporting frameworks, consolidating both financial and non-financial performance data, developing and monitoring performance reports, and providing insights to support business decision-making. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.

Job Responsibility

Managerial Responsibilities 
•    Participates in the development and implementation of the “BU and Cluster Performance Management” plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
•    Directs and manages the “Cluster Performance Management” mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. 
•    Interprets and implements change in the “Cluster Performance Management” providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement. 
•    Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the “Cluster Performance Management”. 

Core Responsibilities
•    Design stc Business Cluster performance reporting frameworks (e.g., tools, processes)
•    Consolidate both financial and non-financial performance for stc Business Cluster to enable oversight – track the performance against financial KPIs (e.g., Sales, EBITDA, etc.) as well as non-financial KPIs (e.g., retention, customer experience) across the entire customer lifecycle (presales, sales, customer care and Ops.)
•    Consolidate performance input from all units within stc Business Cluster and synthesize data into stc Business performance reports
•    Develop reports and monitor performance at stc Business Cluster levels (consolidated)
•    Report stc Business Cluster performance to SMO
•    Provide reports for monthly, quarterly and annual business review meetings with the Group Chief Business Officer and higher authorities
•    Develop, optimize, and own processes for performance reporting and integrate them within stc Business Cluster 
•    Take input from other performance mgmt. units (i.e., B2B Government, B2B Enterprise, Products, B2B Bids, Subsidiary Performance Management) and consolidate them into overarching performance reports for Business Cluster
•    Work closely with B2B Financial Intelligence & Control to align monthly Oracle reports with performance reports 
•    Maintain and develop required data sets needed to monitor and track stc Business Cluster performance in alignment with stc Business analytics team
•    Review and highlight potential data driven risks that might impact stc Business Cluster performance results 
•    Align and coordinate with sales VPs, sales planning, and Customer Experience teams to unify the performance view and findings

People Management Responsibilities
•    Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process.
•    Directs planning and selection of manpower in the “Cluster Performance Management”, in line with the business and operational plans.
•    Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the “Cluster Performance Management”.
