Cluster Reporting Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for supporting profitability analysis and improvement initiatives across clusters by conducting exploratory and predictive analyses, identifying opportunities, and assisting in the development of action plans and reports. This includes engaging with clusters to understand their needs, communicate findings, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to drive informed decision-making. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.

Job Responsibility

• Supports exploratory analysis projects for the cluster that are required to explain and provide insight into the profitability of products, services, segments, units, technologies, etc.
• Assists in predictive analysis projects for the clusters by developing decision models to support management decisions (investment, operational, and commercial).
• Engages with the clusters to communicate and explain the findings and recommendations to help steer profitability improvement actions.
• Assist in conducting proactive identification of profitability improvement opportunities through regular profitability reviews and benchmarks.

Job Responsibility (cont.)

• Supports defining and structuring profitability-improvement action plans with the clusters, including agreement on objectives, scope of work, definition of objectives, KPIs, timelines, etc.
• Supports Identifying the clusters’ segments to understand and document their needs.
• Supports defining, designing, and developing profitability reports as per the requirements of the clusters based on scope, format, delivery channel, etc.
• Assists in ensuring the accuracy, regular maintenance, updates, and enhancement of existing profitability reports.

Nature of Experience

Prior experience in Cluster Reporting and specifically in the telecommunication function is strongly preferred
