Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for driving and supporting the implementation of Specialized’s corporate performance management framework. This includes developing KPIs, monitoring organizational performance, supporting value creation analysis, and ensuring alignment between strategy, business plans, and operational execution. The role contributes to data-driven decision-making and enhances overall organizational performance in alignment with stc Group guidelines.

Key Functional Accountability

- Contribute to the development and implementation of Specialized’s corporate performance management framework in alignment with stc Group guidelines.
- Define, develop, and maintain corporate and sector-level KPIs covering financial, operational, and strategic performance.
- Support the alignment between corporate strategy, business plans, and KPI structures to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to track organizational performance across sectors.
- Analyze performance results against targets and provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
- Support the development of value creation models to assess product/service profitability in coordination with Finance.
- Conduct financial and performance simulations to evaluate the impact of changes in business models or service offerings.
- Support cascading of CxO scorecards into functional and operational KPIs across all organizational levels.
- Coordinate with functional heads to define, align, and validate KPIs to ensure linkage with corporate objectives.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and presentations for senior management highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Identify performance gaps and support the development of corrective action plans in coordination with stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across performance management systems and reports.
- Support continuous improvement of performance management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility and understanding of performance metrics across the organization.
