Digital Acceleration Principal Expert

Job Purpose

The role holder will be responsible to provide acceleration support to initiative teams through technical expertise and drives, tracks and reports on B2B Digital transformation initiatives.The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure
 

Job Responsibility

• Leads the development and aligns the overall Digital transformation Management Framework for B2B, linking B2B strategic priorities to T&Ops roadmaps and corporate DTO maturity targets
• Drives, tracks and reports on B2B Digital transformation initiatives 
• Drives and aligns decisions on technology investments to align and balance B2B short, medium and long-term costs/benefits  and goals and help business leadership make decisions on way forward
• Leads the development of the change management practice to support and smoothen changes across Business Excellence and Digital Transformation initiatives
• Ensures cultural barriers are identified for the transformation initiatives and derive plans to address them including changing context (incentives, KPI’s, processes, structure, etc…) to drive change
• Ensures to establishes Design Hub in B2B provide and drive design thinking as a service to support design and innovation in CeX and products
