Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of enterprise-wide projects and strategic initiatives within Specialized. The role focuses on applying project governance frameworks, tracking project performance, supporting reporting activities, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Specialized’s strategic objectives and approved governance standards

Key Functional Accountability

- Support the planning and execution of enterprise-wide, corporate, and transformational projects aligned with Specialized’s strategic objectives.
- Apply project governance frameworks, ensuring alignment of initiatives with organizational priorities and approved methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project and program management standards, tools, and best practices.
- Maintain and update the integrated project master plan, tracking milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
- Monitor project performance and identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions when needed.
- Support coordination with project stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues impacting project execution.
- Track and follow up on change requests, ensuring adherence to defined approval processes related to scope, schedule, and budget changes.
- Support the implementation and utilization of project tracking and reporting systems to ensure visibility on project status and performance.
- Prepare periodic reports on project progress, KPIs, risks, and financial status for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project financials and resource utilization to ensure alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
- Support execution of change management activities to facilitate smooth adoption of new initiatives, processes, and tools.
- Contribute to the development of EPMO knowledge base and best practice sharing across projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration across multiple projects and programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and reporting requirements across all managed initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree
