Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for executing the architecture of Enterprise Technologies to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices, driving innovative solutions that meet strategic objectives. The role holder also manage development plans, oversee technical feasibility studies and support Pre-Sales activities. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the architecture of Enterprise Technologies with a focus on aligning with business requirements and best technological practices, ensuring solutions are innovative and meet business and customer strategic objectives
  • Construct and refine development plans for Enterprise Technologies, managing the ideation and concept design processes to ensure solutions align with T&Ops unit objectives and business unit needs
  • Oversee technical feasibility studies and RFI management for Enterprise Technologies, capturing project demands and overseeing the supply process within the T&Ops/infrastructure sector
  • Prepare and analyze technical preliminary proposals and customer RFPs, collaborating across T&Ops domains for cost estimation, and ensure the implementation of solutions remains consistent with proposed architectures and up-to-date with emerging technologies

 

Job Responsibility (cont.)

  • Provide technical support and support Pre-Sales activities during direct customer engagements This includes clarifying technical aspects, responding to queries, explaining solutions and gathering necessary information
  • Engage with the customer to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Conduct a customer preliminary needs assessment
  • Explore and integrate emerging technologies to create new business opportunities and enhance competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with technical and solution design teams to develop a solution aligning with the customer's requirements

Work closely with product development, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment with customer needs

Years of Experience

A minimum of 8 years 

Nature of Experience

Prior experience in Enterprise Technologies Solution Architecture within the Telecommunication industry
