Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for generating and overseeing the Group’s consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, Zakat and Tax regulations, and alignment across stc, subsidiaries, and SPVs. The role includes supporting financial decision-making, managing reporting reviews, and assessing business combination impacts. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
- Generate financial statements at the Group level
- Monitors production of consolidated financial statements are in accordance with Zakat & Tax standards and regulations.
- Ensures compliance of stc and SPVs financial reporting with financial reporting standards & regulatory Authorities.
- Ensures monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements reports and manage the internal and external review for these documents.
Job Responsibility (cont.)
- Provide needed support to stc's board members in subsidiaries and SPV's in all financial transaction decisions
- Control and ensure alignment of stc Group and chart of accounts mapping among stc, SPVs and subsidiaries.
- Assess the control element or perform impact assessment of interest in entities during business combination as per IFRS
- Conclude the business combination transaction from the perspective of subsidiaries, associates or joint ventures based on interest in entity

Nature of Experience
- Prior experience in financial reporting in a large-scale service oriented industry is strongly preferred
- Prior experience within the KSA region and/or the Middle East region including knowledge of regulatory environment and context is preferred
