Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for overseeing the overall initiatives process, planning, developing, reviewing and supporting the assigned strategic projects, ensuring the projects are complied with the projects master plan, Also, Reviewing and tracking financial aspects of project, and ensuring that projects are completed within approved budget and timelines. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure

Job Responsibility

 Support management in designated stakeholder’s Business Plans, Programs Cards development according to group strategic priorities  

Review business cases and ensure alignment on strategic priorities

Align Business Plans, Programs Cards with group strategic ambitions

Align Business Plans, Programs Cards with defined strategic ambitions

Support in managing designated stakeholders involved in Group strategic planning process and ensure that Business Plans strategic programs are completed within timelines.

Inspect designated stakeholders around the strategic planning

Inspect designated stakeholders around the implications of change requests which impact Business Plans and strategic programs cards

Job Responsibility (cont.)

Ensure Business Plans and strategic programs delivery as per the plan to meet the approved plan by Strategy Planning cycle

Provide designated stakeholders with the required business plan and program cards templates

Report any identified bottlenecks/Gaps in strategy planning cycle and bring the attention of Strategy Planning Excellence department promptly

Contribute in the annual strategy planning cycle retrospective session 

Ensure alignment on financials with the Business Finance team during the cycle

Support strategy planning stakeholder engagement

•    Prior experience in Project Partnering, Planning, Development, Execution/Program and Project Management in telecommunication industry.
