•Advise on the development, implementation and maintenance of Total Rewards strategy across stc group for related activities such as rating scale, salary structure, bonus, and compensation & benefits strategy, design of welfare programs etc… for stc executive team and employees
•Support on stc employees salaries & financial/non-financial benefits data accuracy to align with corresponding grading/level entitlement
•Support stc group subsidiaries board committees & executives teams by offering advice and strategic guidance on HR best practices.
•Advise on the development of the strategy and programs for all financial and non-financial incentives, recognition programs, etc… to enhance the Rewards philosophy of stc group and raise staff loyalty and commitment
•Advise on the development of retention programs for high performers, high potentials, or critical segment of jobs in alignment with Talent Solutions team by designing special effective reward programs
•Ensures that periodic salary/incentive surveys across all levels are conducted across targeted industries in KSA and GCC and results are analysed to ensure that stc’s remuneration structure is competitive
•Advise on the development, design & enhancing the sales Incentives schemes for stc group’s Sales Units and oversees the execution of incentives schemes policies
•Support the management on job evaluation methodology, guidelines, policies and processes and conduct job evaluation for hierarchal positions/programs across the group with established evaluation committee
•Advise on the development and maintaining of HR governance process, policies & procedures across stc group .
•Advise on the development of stc group code of ethics related policies, including fair employment opportunities, code of conduct, sexual harassment, etc… to ensure maintaining stc group core values
•Act as focal point of contact with Ministry of Human Resources while coordinating with Legal & General Council Unit in the development of new HR internal regulations
•Act as focal point of contact with stc group subsidiaries board committees & executives teams by offering advice and strategic guidance on HR best practices.
•Ensures validation of policies with Legal & General Council Unit to ensure policies alignment and adherence with labour law regulations for all stc group HR policies
•Support on the implementation of the documentation management architecture for the sector in alignment with Corporate Governance methodologies and guidelines
•Support with obtaining approvals from Nomination & Remuneration Committee on changes suggested on HR policies subjects and follow-up to ensure implementation of those decrees
•Oversees the development, review and update of HR authorities on a regular basis to find different ways to maximize processes efficiency.
•Ensures that all HR policies are communicated to all employees across stc group in order to be aware of their rights and duties of care towards the company, and avoid any breach of duties.
