Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for leading the development of  Technology Innovation & Emerging framework,  principles, technology researches and labs across TUs and stc group subsidiaries. This position exists to guide partnership agreements, manage research activities, and ensure effective Innovation& Emerging frameworks across stc group subsidiaries. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Participates in the development and implementation of the Group Architecture & Technologies Enablement GM plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
  • Directs and manages Innovation & Emerging Technologies mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
  • Manages and controls change in the   Innovation & Emerging Technologies providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility (cont.)

  • Lead the development of alliances framework and plan to support lines of business to manage innovation and research requirements development of alliances framework and plan to support lines of business to manage innovation and research requirements for TUs and stc group subsidiaries
  • Direct in-depth customized technology market research and market entry feasibility studies, in support of the assessment of the commercialization opportunities for cost reduction, agility, and revenue generation.

Years of Experience

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Nature of Experience

  • Prior experience in managing large scale Architecture Governance and Technologies Communications
  • Preferred prior experience in leading large scale Corporate and Governance Communication

Exposure to regulations , compliance, governance, communications, maintenance and assistance.
