International Tax Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for support managing international tax and assessing permanent establishment risk for stc KSA. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.

Job Responsibility

  • Research and provide technical expertise to address international tax issues
  • Conduct and help manage tax due diligence related to international tax
  • Assist in with the quantification of tax structures, benefits, and risk related to cross-border transactions
  • Assist with the management and facilitation of tax audits and inquiries as it relates to international tax issues
  • Assess the effects of international tax developments such as the OECD initiatives
  • Assess permanent establishment risk for stc KSA
  • Support for the implementation of tax strategy from international tax perspective
  • Act as point of contact for international tax matters

Nature of Experience

  • Prior experience in International taxation in a large-scale service oriented industry is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience within the KSA region and/or the Middle East region including knowledge of regulatory environment and context is preferred
