Job Purpose
The Investment Strategy Manager will play a key role in leading and developing investment strategies by monitoring and analyzing developments in the ICT sector, telecom infrastructure, and broader technology markets. The role involves conducting financial and strategic analysis, supporting valuation exercises, and contributing to the preparation of research reports and publications. The analyst will work closely with the Head of Research to provide actionable insights that support investment decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibility
- Industry & Market Monitoring: Stay abreast of global and regional developments in the ICT sector, telecom infrastructure, and technology markets more broadly, including regulatory, technological, and competitive trends.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry research, financial modeling, and comparative valuation to support investment strategies and decision-making.
- Valuation Support: Assist in preparing valuations of companies and infrastructure assets, applying relevant methodologies (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, etc.).
- Publications: Support the Head of Research in drafting and producing periodic publications, sector reports, investment insights, and thematic research.
- Data Management: Maintain and update sector databases, financial models, and market benchmarks.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, providing timely inputs for corporate strategy, M&A evaluations, and investment committee discussions.

Prior experience in capital market research with previous title of:
- Equity Research Analyst
- or Investment Associate
- or Strategy & Advisory Associate
Financial Exposure
Must have worked on at least one of the following:
- Valuation models (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
- Due diligence support (commercial, financial, or operational)
- Undertaking in-depth industry analysis
- Should be proficient in producing research content in English.
Sector Exposure
Preferably has exposure to one or more of the following sectors:
- Capital markets
- Global ICT sector
- Digital infrastructure (Towers, Fiber, Sub Sea Cables, Data Center)
- IT services / technology

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent understanding of valuation methodologies and investment principles.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
