Judicial Claims Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

The job purpose is to represent stc in legal claims, provide strategic legal advice, assess case feasibility, negotiate agreements, liaise with external counsel, and ensure the execution of favorable judgments for stc and its subsidiaries.

Job Responsibility

Represent stc, and provide guidance on representation, in filing legal claims before different judicial bodies, committees and governmental authorities to claim for amount due to stc or stc group subsidiaries

Conduct a feasibility study for all cases to be filed by stc or stc group subsidiaries to assess the company’s position and provide the necessary recommendations

Provide timely, proactive and solution-oriented legal advice to stc group and subsidiaries;

Review and participate in the negotiation of agreements with third parties, including suppliers and contracts, for matters that might potentially result in stc filing a legal claim against third parties;

Appointment and liaise with external legal counsel for outsourced cases;

Provide recommendations to different stc group to improve stc’s chances in obtaining judgments that are in favor of stc; and take all necessary acti to execute judgments issued in favor of stc or stc group subsidiaries.
