Job Purpose

- Jobs at this level are responsible for developing short term plans for accounts, based on customer’s current/future requirements, in order to maximize sales for STC. They are also responsible for tender process for assigned projects, establishing appropriate contractual agreements and providing all requisite reports and forecasts to the management.

Job Responsibility

-Participate in developing and managing relationships with medium accounts across verticals.
-Interact with small to medium  scale accounts to sell STC’s products in line with company marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on sales/profit targets.
-Coordinate with existing  accounts to identify new business opportunities and participate in building revenue streams to maximise profits.  
-Participate in  tender process and establish appropriate contractual agreements by coordinating with Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Sector and Legal General Directorate work units. 
-Participate in developing detailed short term plans by coordinating with relevant work units, based on current and future needs of STC’s products/services.
-Compile and reviews all documentation pertaining to proposal development, ensuring inputs from all relevant personnel are taken into consideration, in order to maximize win rate.
-Supervise cross - functional project teams for developing tailored products and services to STC’s clients, in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
-Monitor all assigned  account(s) activities and develops reports for senior management, as required. 
-Forecast STC’s account sales for assigned accounts and feeds this in to the overall sales plan.
-Work with relevant departments and ensures clients are satisfied with STC’s products/services, ensuring all account(s) related service issues are effectively addressed.
-Manage STC’s assigned accounts and provides technical expertise to the team in meeting and exceeding established profit/sales targets.
-Manage sales executives in resolving sales enquiries/complaints, in line with predefined account management principles.
-Work with relevant departments and resolves escalated customer issues related to STC’s products/sales with a view to retain current clients.
-Ensure initiatives aimed at analysing requirements of change in sales plans based on market share, competitor initiatives and customer requirements.
-Engage and retains team members to ensure that the right skills are available in the team.
-Liaise with other account management professionals to build effective working relationships and identifies synergies.
-Manage day-to-day team operations within a specified scope, by providing guidance on related work processes and ensuring accuracy.
