Lead Product Management Analyst

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for various activates and responsibilities in execution, development, strategic planning, and providing inputs and recommendations regarding B2B Managed Services portfolio spanning both  B2B Business Unit- and B2B subsidiaries-owned products and services. This with a continuous collaborating with other teams to insure B2B Managed Services portfolio are in the best form. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures

Job Responsibility

• xecutes the stc B2B Managed Services portfolio, spanning both B2B Business Unit- and B2B subsidiaries-owned products and services
• Develops broad strategic guidelines and directions for the B2B Managed Services portfolio, in alignment with the stc Group strategy, the “Products and Solutions Planning” inputs, and subsidiary inputs
• Executes Cascading and socializing the Managed Services portfolio strategic guidelines across the relevant product owners in the subsidiaries and in B2B Business Unit
• Develops the annual B2B Managed Services portfolio roadmap, consolidating the roadmaps/ products from subsidiaries and B2B Business Unit (developed in-house or with 3rd party partners)
• Manages Services development lifecycle, through regular reviews of the product development pipeline progress, ensuring launch is within the needed timelines, as per the provided guidelines/ checklist

Job Responsibility (Cont.)

• Ensures that each subsidiary roadmap is within the subsidiaries’ portfolio boundaries and its mandate/ strategic intent
• Provides inputs to the subsidiary on product concepts to be incorporated in the annual roadmaps, based on their views on the market trends, customer requirements, etc.
• Executes overall Managed Services portfolio management (at portfolio level, not product by product), through regular reviews of performance with product managers and relevant stakeholders from sales, operations, and others

Years of Experience

4 - 6 years

Nature of Experience

• Prior experience in project management coordination.
• Prior experience in managing and leading Cloud related services and products.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry or a similar consumer service-oriented industry of a large scale is preferred.
• Prior experience within the KSA is preferred.
