Job Purpose
Jobs at this level are responsible for carrying out basic and administrative tasks related to marketing, market research, customer lifecycle, etc. Also, they are responsible for following the policies and procedures to ensure the assigned tasks are carried out consistently and in accordance with the instructions.
Job Responsibility
• Identify requirements for new campaigns targeting B2C customers in collaboration with concerned teams.
• Design and execute campaigns supporting product and services growth for the B2C
• Develop campaigns for B2C based on the requirements gathered, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage below-the-line (BTL) revenue, where applicable, and optimize the active customer base using marketing tools across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with various teams and departments to launch segment-specific campaigns in line with stc policy and government regulations.
• Monitor market trends and competitive movements related to products and services to proactively respond to potential impacts on revenue and customer base.
• Ensure alignment between offers and customer segments by leveraging tools to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate campaign calendars with the Customer Experience and Marketing Communication teams, securing approvals for communication intervals and messaging in multiple languages.
• Execute all campaign types across available channels to ensure effective delivery and reach.
• Oversee post-campaign operations to confirm smooth performance and address any operational issues.
• Support in calculating and analyzing campaign return on investment (ROI).
• Escalate issues to the relevant departments as needed and coordinate with Customer Experience, IT, Network, and others to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Conduct pre-launch testing of new offers in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure readiness and alignment with growth entity requirements.
Job Responsibility (Cont.)
• Monitor and validate the implementation of enhancements introduced, providing business feedback during testing phases when needed.
• Act as a consultant on initiatives to help leverage internal data and capabilities for accelerated performance.
• Oversee telesales channel execution, ensuring proper reporting mechanisms and incentive structures are in place.
• Take on a project management role to build business cases for OPEX and CAPEX projects, supporting campaigns to drive maximum revenue growth.
• Report on campaign performance, including invoicing, sales validation, commission calculations, and budget tracking.
• Monitor operational reporting and manage vendor agreements related to high-value customer (HVC) and new business entity (NBE) campaigns.
• Review campaign communications to ensure accurate and effective execution across all touchpoints.
