Job Purpose
Experts at this level are responsible for guiding on STCs products and services portfolio, market insights and demand forecasting to consolidate demand plans, business cases, pricing, promotion, campaigns and communications. Also, they are responsible for advising on complete customer lifecycle and experience that create improved value for the organization.
Job Responsibility
.Product:
• Provide expert advise in defining product lifecycle and building the roadmap in terms of development and management of products by acquiring and utilizing market insights and converting them into innovative products and solutions that meets customer expectations.
• Advise on management of existing product lines, increasing profitability and setting of Profit and Loss goals for each product/product line in liaison with Finance.
• Advise on developing product strategies, product development programs, leads generation and management, launch and communication by utilizing emerging technologies to leverage product competitiveness in the market.
• Provide leadership guidance on product visibility, implementation, taking initiatives to improve and enhance the product perceptions and experiences of customers and communities.
• Advise on Qitaf and Tamayouz profitability and program performance and drives regular program evolution strategy and corrective measures.
Price:
• Advise on pricing elements in the commercial portfolio in both fixed and mobile services.
• Validate and seek approval from pricing committee of major pricing changes in the business units.
• Advise on the implementation of targeted campaigns to optimize strategic KPIs. This might also include acquisition and implementation of pricing optimizing tools.
• Advise on technical documentation related to Network usage demand and product development to support pricing.
• Advise products managers to define and implement new telecom services and introduction of profitable commercial promotions.
Promotion & Communication:
• Provide expert advise on managing STC’s branding initiatives and developing overall branding framework including all relevant policies, procedures and processes with respect to marketing communication, market intelligence and research, market segmentation, media relations, event management, public relations, digital and social media marketing and brand management, ATL, BTL, TVc etc. in compliance with all relevant standards.
• Advise on identifying opportunities for enhanced service delivery through online and e-services delivery, and the application of social media, mobile apps and technologies.
• Guide on the development of relevant commercial promotions with respect to products and services in liaison with product managers.
• Advice on targeted campaigns to optimize strategic KPIs.
• Translate STC business direction and objectives into strategic brand building activities and brand communication strategies to enhance and maintain the position of STC brand at KSA and group level underlying initiatives, including channel and budget recommendations.
• Define strong brand guardianship mechanism to ensure proper adherence to brand strategy and guidelines by all sectors and at group level by monitoring, guiding and approving all ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns in consistency with brand strategy and its guidelines.

Customer Experience:
• Advise on partnering with client and business, and using insights to leverage the company’s value by driving performance and client satisfaction, enhance business value propositions, and new growth opportunities through customer experience transformation activities.
• Advise on customer experience strategies, programs, initiatives and emerging issues to enable customer-centric strategic decision making process.
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on customer experience related topics including customer experience measurement and analysis, survey design, contact engineering, emerging technologies, and journey mapping.
• Advise on managing complaints, identifying root-causes, developing complaints reduction initiatives by coordinating with all sectors (e.g. IT, Network, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure execution of complaints reduction initiatives.
• Advise on customer loyalty and retention strategies according to product portfolio and take initiatives including targeted promotions to predict and target possible churners and design remedy.
Generic Role:
• Advice on the development of annual marketing plan for STC including marketing budget, relevant business cases, and pricing after in - depth analysis of the marketing requirements for STC’s plans, new projects and other ad - hoc programs.
• Advise on market intelligence and demand analytics to analyse customer data and come up with recommendations that can be disseminated to relevant business functions.
• Evaluate reports and analyse metrics, internal trends and patterns to identify potential issues and undertakes preventive measures to mitigate various risks.
• Advise on all initiatives aimed at analysing best practices in the field of marketing are in order to implement ideas for continuous improvement in relevant policy areas.
• Liaise with marketing insights for the analysis of market and competitor data pertaining STC’s products and services, in order to devise effective action plans for maximization of sales, revenues and market share.
• Advise on managing effective relationships with STC’s external vendors including agencies, event management companies and market research agencies, and ensures their queries are effectively address.
