Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for managing and maintaining switching operations, the job holder also responsible to ensure switches and other services operations are performed in a highly sensible manner and on 24/7 basis. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

 

Job Responsibility

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages and maintain the Switching Operations to ensure maximum/ 100% network availability
  • Ensures the installation of central and remote switches as per the request received
  • Manages and maintain the central and remote switches and ensure its readiness by 24/7
  • Manages and maintain the operations of the central and remote switches to serve efficiently in emergency situations
  • Ensures reduction in Switches complaints by improving the resolution of customer complaints up-to zero complaints

0 - 2 years of experince

Nature of Experience

Prior experience in handling priority customers or a royal family supervisory role, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
