Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for managing and controlling end-to-end onboarding services for stc by processing relevant procedures for the new hires. The role holder shall carry out job duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures. 

Job Responsibility

Support in developing Body program activities and link the new joiner to relevant BP and Buddy 

Continuously review and enhance the onboarding end to end journey of new employees across the group 

Collaborate with BPs to identify and assign a Body in related Sectors/Functions).  

Manage end-to-end onboarding services for external recruitment and process all relevant procedures across the group. 

Communicate new employee details to the relevant stakeholder for necessary pre-joining preparations, these include but are not limited to: (Medical insurance, ID Badge, Office workspace, laptop, gate electronic access QR code etc.) 

Develop end to end Induction program activities for new employees on G58 and below in terms of (content development, facilitation and execution) 

Manage induction programs for new joiners in stc KSA, provide support and make sure of the application across the group. 

Support concerned stakeholders in executive onboarding by processing visas, travel arrangements, temporary accommodation for executives new joiners. 

Conduct all needed checks & tests for new joiners not limited to (AMN, Medical, Drug, etc …)
