Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for leading pre-sales and bidding activities for Business-Critical opportunities, including opportunity qualification, RfP/RfQ analysis, and go/no-go assessment in alignment with strategic priorities. The role ensures the development and submission of high-quality technical and commercial proposals, including solution design and BoQs, in coordination with internal stakeholders to achieve compliant and competitive bid outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end pre-sales and bidding activities for Business-Critical opportunities, including opportunity qualification, RfP/RfQ analysis, and go/no-go decision-making aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the development of technical and commercial proposals, including solution architecture, BoQs, and bid documentation in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of high-quality, compliant, and competitive bids in line with governance, customer requirements, and approval processes.
  • Support account teams in identifying new bid opportunities and contributing to account planning and sales strategy execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Technology, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure end-to-end alignment of bid deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the presales and bidding cycle to enhance deal win probability and execution success.
  • Develop and maintain bid libraries, templates, and reusable assets to improve efficiency and standardization of proposal development.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and post-bid reviews to refine bidding strategies and continuously improve future proposal quality and success rates.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or a related field.

Years of Experience:

  • Preferred experience of (3-6) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
