Product Development & Delivery Senior Director

Job Purpose

The role hoder is reponsible for managing the full lifecycle of AI products and overseeing the design and implementation of AI Products, also collaborating with staheholders to translate requirement into technicaly feasible AI solutions.

Job Responsibility

• Manage the full lifecycle of AI product development, from technical planning and model design to integration, testing, and production release.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams, including machine learning engineers, data scientists, software developers, and AI DevOps specialists, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines.
• Oversee the design and implementation of AI Products, including data preprocessing, algorithm selection, model training, tuning, and validation.
• Ensure best practices in AI engineering, such as reproducibility, experiment tracking, versioning, feature store usage, and model evaluation against performance benchmarks.
• Manage AI operations pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and scaling, ensuring reliable and efficient operations across cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technically feasible AI solutions that align with strategic priorities.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and DevOps workflows (e.g., CI/CD, containerization, orchestration) to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI service delivery.
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems for data drift, model degradation, and system performance, enabling proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards, collaborating with legal, governance, and cybersecurity teams as needed.
