Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for supporting the design, development, and continuous enhancement of Specialized’s product portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, market demand, and financial objectives. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

-Support the formulation and execution of product roadmaps and plans to achieve Specialized’s strategic objectives and business portfolio targets. -Coordinate with the Technology sector to implement and validate product features and enhancements that respond to market and customer needs. -Monitor product performance from both commercial and technical perspectives, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements or phase-outs. -Design and participate in the execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate innovative solutions and demonstrate value to potential clients. -Maintain and update product pricing structures, including tariff lists and discount matrices, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability. -Track and report consolidated financial performance of products in collaboration with Finance, ensuring adherence to profitability targets. -Support the analysis of discount trends, investigate recurring discounts, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions. -Provide inputs for product-level budgeting, ensuring proper resource allocation for development, enhancements, and lifecycle management. -Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to develop customer-centric product solutions, leveraging feedback and field insights. -Prepare onboarding and training materials (e.g., user guides, tutorials) to support product adoption for MCN/BCN customers and internal teams. -Contribute to the development and implementation of consistent UX guidelines across Specialized’s digital products and services. -Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to develop sales enablement tools, including brochures and promotional demos, aligned with product value propositions. |
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration specialized in Sales (preferred) or a related field
Years of Experience:
- Preferred experience of (1-3), or equivalent in the area of expertise
