Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for preserving real estate from encroachments and related follow-ups, and coordinating with the legal department in everything related to land issues. Management and saving the Property deeds to the company’s websites and related works (extracting deeds - updating - merging - modifying).The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
• Participates in the development and implementation of the Group Services plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
• Directs and manages the Properties Management mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
• Interprets and implements change in the Properties Management providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Properties Management.
Core Responsibilities
• Management and saving the Property deeds to the company’s websites and related works (extracting deeds - updating - merging - modifying).
• Managing and updating the property system with everything related to the company's real estate.
• Preserving real estate from encroachments and related follow-ups, and coordinating with the legal department in everything related to land issues.
• Follow-up the expropriation of the company's real estate and the required evacuation and exclusions for the company's administrative sites.
• Ensuring and matching with the fixed assets management of in everything related to the company's real estate.
• Preparing policies and procedures for real estate saving.
People Management Responsibilities
• Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the team and ensures effective application of the stc performance management process.
• Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Properties Management, in line with the business and operational plans.
• Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Properties Management.
