Strategic and Managerial Responsibilities:
-Contributes in the development of stc’s organization strategy and to the overall process of management and corporate decision making along with other members of the Executive Team.
-Directs and manages Sales Enablement Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
-Leads and monitors change in the Sales Enablement Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
-Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Sales Enablement.
Core Responsibilities
-Ensures sales teams are equipped with the necessary trainings and awareness that are needed to better enable salespeople to perform their tasks, through coordinating with all related sectors such as people sector, stc academy, Products & Solutions sector and Business operation sector These include:
-Online/ classroom training programs about the Sales operation process and B2B products and selling skills
-Ensures sales teams are equipped with the necessary and most recent tools that are needed to improve their performance and efficiency, through coordinating with Technology Enablement/IT. Coordinating with Products & Solutions sector to ensure the availability of the B2B products, services and offers content
-Leads the communication with Sales in regards of products\services , offers, and Sales Operations announcements
