Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible for supporting sales operations, including coordinating allocation of work programmes, managing implementation of sales plans and preparing sales performance reports, and any other work that would support to complete sales process. They are also responsible for analysing customer/client insights related to feedback on STC products/services to drive a healthy customer/client relationship process, building strong relationships and ensuring effective response to customers/clients’ needs.
 

Job Responsibility

Provide all the necessary after sales support to achieve the objectives.
    Perform routine activities within the specified scope of sales activities. 
    Support sales account manager in the preparation of budgets and targets, and ensures that the sales execution is in compliance with established budgets and targets.
    Support internal process improvement related projects and initiatives, as may be required by the reporting manager.
    Participate in supporting sales initiatives, as may be required by the reporting manager, in compliance with established policies and procedures.
    Support in negotiating and recommending changes to Marketing as appropriate.
    Follow up and execute orders related to sales activities.
    Provide sales reports and analysis on time and track progress as per the agreed objectives.
    Manage the implementation of sales plans and initiatives to drive the highest sales profit. 
    Ensuring effective response to customer’s needs.
    Enable initiatives aimed at analysing requirements of new product development targeted to increase sales revenues. 
    Support with routine work and escalates issues, as necessary. 
    Liaise within the assigned team to build effective working relationships.
    Enable Sales agents to achieve their sales target.
    Responsible for the activities that related to the job nature.

Job Responsibility (Cont.)

Provides the required support to Enterprise Accounts sales for product launches, campaigns, and discounts reviews to ensure profitability targets fulfilment
    Coordinates with the B2B Performance Management on weekly commit calls, monthly performance deep dives and quarterly business reviews
    Provides required support for Enterprise Accounts on target setting and cascading, accounts segmentation, and accounts ownership assignment
    Process Enterprise Accounts annual promotions and demotions in alignment with relevant stakeholders 
    Reviews processes in Enterprise Accounts sector to identify gaps and improvement areas in alignment with B2B Strategy & Performance; support in defining the sector’s KPIs
    Drive Enterprise Accounts strategy execution in alignment with B2B Strategy & Performance, track and report implementation progress
    Support on Enterprise Accounts customer journeys digitization (focusing on the “Lead-to-Cash” journey); track and follow-up on the implementation progress
    Organize training and workshop for Enterprise Accounts sales on new products; monitors and report attendance accordingly

Years of Experience

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related discipline

Nature of Experience

Prior experience in sales support or account management support in a telecommunication industry or similar commercial industry
