Senior AI Operations Analyst

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for managing the lifecycle of AI models, automating their training, deployment, and monitoring within CI/CD2 pipelines to ensure high performance and system stability. This includes proactive issue resolution, validation of AI performance, and system-level reliability across platforms. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

-    Oversee the lifecycle of AI models, tracking real-time model drift and performance, and initiating retraining or tweaks as needed
-    Implement automated training, validation, and deployment of machine learning models to ensure rapid iterations, testing, and deployment in production environments
-    Ensure that models meet performance and accuracy standards before deployment, validate them against real-world scenarios
-    Set up, maintain, and optimize CI/CD2 pipelines to automate the software delivery process, ensuring that code changes are automatically built, tested, and deployed to production
-    Monitor application performance and UX, setting up tools to proactively identify and address issues, ensuring optimal performance
-    Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues post-deployment, maintaining the stability and reliability of the system
-    Administer and manage operating systems, platforms, and tools to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
