Senior Full Stack Software Analyst

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for developing scalable software solutions, leading both product innovation and client-specific customization. This includes collaborating across design, analytics, and operations teams to ensure high-performance, user-centric applications that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The role also involves overseeing quality assurance, maintaining clear documentation, and continuously refining solutions based on stakeholder feedback. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure.

Job Responsibility

-    Lead the development of robust and scalable software components, tailored for both new product creations and customized solutions for client-specific use cases
-    Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces, enhancing the user experience and facilitating seamless interaction with both products and client solutions
-    Oversee the comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and high performance of both products and client-focused solutions
-    Collaborate closely with the analytics team to integrate data-driven components seamlessly, crafting cohesive and powerful solutions that enhance both products and client services
-    Work in synergy with the operations team to streamline the deployment process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments for all software undertakings
-    Develop adaptable software architectures that allow for seamless integration with existing infrastructures, whether implementing new products or tailoring client-specific solutions
-    Foster a deep understanding of client-specific technical requirements through close collaboration, tailoring solutions to meet unique needs and create value
-    Establish a feedback loop with clients and internal teams to continually refine and enhance software solutions, driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction
-    Ensure adherence to industry best practices and internal organizational standards to guarantee consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across all asset development and deployment activities.
-    Provide comprehensive, high-quality documentations for all assets developed
