Senior Special Bids Analyst

Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible in handling biding activities, executing short term plans to engage new industries, support in the identification of short and long term business opportunities, collecting, analysing, and reporting market demand through awareness building and consultative sales. Also, they are responsible for maintenance and tracking of client pipeline.

Job Responsibility

• Support building expertise around proposal and bid management
• Review Mega Projects proposals
• Support the bid team and assess the Rfp requirements and prepare initial clarifications
• Participate in the vendors selection process to identify, assess and recommend the best vendor(s) for each bid
• Support developing the business case for each bid 
• Support in Development of the commercial proposal 
• Compile the technical and commercial proposal
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders 
• Conduct presales activities
• Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager
