Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences by combining intuitive user interfaces with visual appeal, ensuring functionality, usability, and accessibility across digital channels. This includes developing interactive prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

• Design and optimize intuitive user interfaces and end-to-end experiences across digital platforms.
• Translate functional requirements and business needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, IT, Marketing) to ensure cohesive and consistent user experience.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and compliance with UX/UI standards and guidelines.
• Use data and analytics to monitor digital interaction performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
