Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for aligning sector objectives with the corporate strategy, ensuring they are well-defined and actionable. Additionally, the role holder will develop and cascade organizational KPIs, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures. 

Job Responsibility

  • Measure stc strategic competitive positioning vs market competition
  • Gather data related to performance to incorporate external factors to the performance
  • Conduct impact performance analysis from some related regulatory information that may impact performance
  • Analyze and identify some performance external insights from analyst reports
  • Gather market research data to define ICT, digital and telecom trends and identify any impact on performance
  • Analyze business plans to be able to identify key metrics that will be used for strategic performance
  • Analyze business cases that will be used as a reference and baseline for future performance
  • Design corporate reporting approach for strategy performance for the purpose of providing timely and reliable performance insights for strategy team, executive, GCEO and BoD.
  • Assess strategy and identify strategic objectives and corporate priorities to link it with corporate and sector scorecards.
  • Assess business plans and align with strategy performance.
  • Develop measurements formulas and functions for corporate KPIs.
  • Contribute in the planning of sector scorecards by cascading identified strategic objectives/corporate scorecards and priorities to sector scorecards
  • Collect business related data from stc Group units to support in building KPIs baseline and finalization of Scorecards.
  • Facilitate to identify and select KPIs and target setting (functional/corporate) related as per the corporate performance model.
  • Define and validate the Group strategic and corporate KPIs in coordination with Group cluster units to be cascaded from the GCEO to cluster and Sector level.
  • Align and orchestrate related CPM parts within S2E process during planning and budgeting cycle.
  • Design and maintain corporate scorecards, Including the facilitation of selecting the suitable corporate KPIs cascaded from corporate targets
  • Conduct the validation process to document all data related to Corporate KPIs. (weights, definitions, formulas, thresholds, functions).
  • Develop organizational performance ecosystem that will help in creating value between sectors to achieve organizational objectives and hence maximize functional, financial and strategic results.
  • Measure programs benefit realization after being identified as mature and can be measured
