Subsidiaries Board Stewardship Director

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for developing and managing the process of Subsidiaries Board appointment ( stc’s representatives), and ensure adherence to stipulated laws & regulations as well as the shareholder agreements. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

•    Participates in the development and implementation of the Subsidiaries Affairs & Governance plans, in line with the corporate objectives. •    Directs and manages the Subsidiaries Board Stewardship mandates, providing leadership and facilitating. •    work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. •    Manages and controls change in the Subsidiaries Board Stewardship providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement. •    Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Subsidiaries Board Stewardship.
