Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for executing Specialized’s HR services and talent enablement agenda, ensuring a seamless employee journey across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee services, development, and offboarding. The role ensures compliance with Specialized HR policies, Saudi Labor Law, and stc Group standards while leveraging automation and digital tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR services including payroll, medical insurance, time management, business travel, HR inquiries, end-of-employment, and employee data management.
- Manage end-to-end payroll administration (data collection, validation, processing, pay distribution, pay slip issuance, year-end payroll, and liaison with Finance).
- Manage end-to-end expenses and deductions administration (reimbursements, receipts, inquiries, and data consolidation).
- Manage GOSI services (employee enrollment, profile updates, data collection, payments, inquiries, and relationship management with GOSI).
- Oversee expat services administration (Iqama renewals, annual ticket issuance, etc.) in compliance with HR policies and Saudi Labor Law.
- Manage contractors’ administrative services and ensure compliance with Specialized policies.
- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures related to expenses and third-party services in coordination with the OE team.
- Oversee automation of HR services and implement digital platforms to enhance HR operations, employee records, and self-service enablement.
- Manage and calculate employees’ overtime, per-diems, benefits, entitlements, and end-of-service settlements in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Execute all hiring plans in coordination with OE, GHRU, and GSSU teams.
- Build and manage onboarding and offboarding journeys for employees.
- Conduct employee background checks, medical checks, and probation period assessments.
- Develop and maintain talent pool data to ensure HC investment accuracy and relevancy.
- Execute talent growth opportunities (promotions, salary adjustments, etc.) in coordination with OE team.
- Facilitate Employee Experience Index requirements and culture enhancement initiatives.
- Act as the single communication channel for employees (announcements, updates, and benefits).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Business Administration, HR or any related field.
Years of Experience:
- Preferred experience of (3-6) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
