Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for conducting industry benchmarking for working capital management and providing guidelines to subsidiaries. The role involves preparing key financial analyses (DSO, DPO, DIO, CCC), and consolidating periodic reports. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

    Job Responsibility

    • Conduct industry benchmarking for working capital management and provide guidelines to the subsidiaries 
    • Categorize vendors and negotiate the terms based on the benchmark, market conditions, stc’s group policy for suppliers and customers
    • Coordinate with group companies and finalize the parameters for working capital for each subsidiary
    • Tracking of subsidiaries in terms of targets, variances and remedial action plans
    • Steer working capital of the group by coordinating with all stakeholders to device the performance metrics
    • Prepare DSO analysis on Group & subsidiaries to determine working capital management effective versus the benchmark or stipulated limit on periodic basis

    • Prepare DPO analysis on Group & subsidiaries to determine working capital management effective versus the benchmark or stipulated limit on periodic basis
    • Prepare DIO analysis on Group & subsidiaries to determine working capital management effective versus the benchmark or stipulated limit on periodic basis
    • Prepare CCC analysis on Group & subsidiaries to determine working capital management effective versus the benchmark or stipulated limit on periodic basis
    • Consolidate monthly and quarterly reports by collection working capital reports from group companies and prepare consolidated management report on quarterly basis
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting regarding working capital

    6 - 8 Years

    Nature of Experience

    Prior experience in Working Capital Mgt or a related field is strongly preferred
