Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for protecting the health, safety, and well-being of tenants, visitors, and staff by implementing robust safety measures and protocols. The role holder is also responsible for conducting regular audits and inspections of safety and security systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify areas for improvement. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

•    Protect the health, safety, and well-being of tenants, visitors, and staff by implementing robust safety measures and protocols.
•    Safeguard the security of assets through the effective management of manned security and surveillance systems.
•    Oversee third-party vendors for safety and security services, ensuring their performance aligns with SLAs and KPIs.
•    Maintain a safe and reliable community by ensuring the delivery of soft services adheres to established quality standards.
•    Conduct regular audits and inspections of safety and security systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify areas for improvement.
•    Provide training and awareness programs for tenants and staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
•    Monitor and evaluate safety and security performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and recommending improvements where necessary.
