  • Talent Incubation Program

    • Talent Incubation Program ( TIP ) is an accelerated career development program for 2 years with full time job contract targeting Saudi fresh graduates with less than a years of experience. The program is designed to attract and develop the top tier talented graduates’ in stc group by providing them with specialized, intensive and continuous development activities besides high exposure to the various business areas in an agile work environment.

  • Program Objectives

    • Attract top talent and develop high-potential individuals within stc.
    • Improve the technical & soft skills and competencies of program members.
    • Build future leaders who will lead the technology industry in the region.

  • Who we are Targeting?

    • Saudi Nationals.
    • Bachelor or master degree holders.
    • Academic excellence with a minimum of 3.2 out of 4.0, and 4.0 out of 5.0 GPA, or equivalent.
    • Fresh Graduates who have less than 1 years of experience.
    • Committed and passionate talents to their personal and professional development, as the TIP aims to groom future leaders within stc group.
    • English Language Proficiency with a minimum scores:
      • IELTS: 5 or equivalent
      • TOFEL: 35 or equivalent
      • STEP: 85 or equivalent
